QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; a Ph.D. is a plus.
- Several years of hands-on experience in AI, data science, or analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the security, technology, or a related industry.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing AI-driven solutions, with a strong understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
- Demonstrated experience with big data platforms, cloud computing, and data visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of security operations, cyber security, and/or physical security is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Familiarity with data governance, privacy laws, and ethical AI practices.

You will oversee a team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers to harness the power of data and machine learning, ensuring we deliver cutting-edge solutions for our clients. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with a strong technical background and a proven track record in AI, data science, and analytics, particularly in a technology-focused environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive AI and analytics strategy aligned with the company’s mission and goals, focusing on leveraging data to improve security outcomes.
- Innovation and Development: Drive AI and machine learning research and development initiatives to enhance our product offerings.
- Data Strategy: Oversee data architecture, management, and governance to ensure data integrity and availability across the organization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, operations, and customer service, to align AI and analytics initiatives with business needs and ensure successful implementation.
- Product Development: Integrate AI and analytics into existing and new security solutions, collaborating with product management to enhance features and create competitive advantages.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and utilize metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of AI and analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Compliance and Ethics: Ensure that all AI and analytics practices comply with regulatory standards, data privacy laws, and ethical guidelines.
