We’re looking for a forward-thinking leader to lead all aspects of AI Products. They will be responsible for coordinating the development, deployment, and scaling of customer-facing solutions powered by AI technology.
As Head of AI Products, you’ll have the opportunity to tackle sophisticated challenges at the intersection of AI, financial technology, and small business empowerment. You will be part of a collaborative, innovative, and forward-thinking team that is truly crafting the future of AI products in one of the most multifaceted industries today.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• A consistent track record in launching AI-powered products, from concept to production, in dynamic and constantly evolving environments.
• Expertise in scaling AI solutions with a focus on safety, cost optimisation, and performance.
• Deep understanding of product analytics, A/B testing, and quantitative methods to optimise customer experiences.
• Experience leading teams with a focus on collaboration and achieving commercial and customer-centric goals.
• Strong technical skills and a passion for applying AI to address complex customer needs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s or PhD in AI/ML is highly desirable).
• Certifications in AI product management or machine learning are advantageous.

THE ROLE

You will orchestrate the realisation of MYOB’s AI strategy, and build and encourage a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers. This is an outstanding opportunity to blend technical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver personalised and intuitive AI-powered customer experiences. In this role you will scale AI capabilities from prototypes to production, ensuring reliability and cost-efficiency, while pioneering responsible AI innovation by embedding safety, governance, and ethics into every step of the development process.

• Own the design, development, and integration of AI-powered features to deliver high-impact customer solutions.
• Bring to bear modern platforms and processes to transition AI initiatives from concept to scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
• Implement comprehensive governance frameworks to ensure adherence to AI safety standards and ethical development practices.
• Build, mentor, and encourage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.
