Head of APAC Sales - Mining & Conveying Solutions

Our client is a leading European multinational company and provider of mining products and conveying solutions to various industries like mining, agricultural, industrial automation. We are representing the APAC office in Singapore to hire for the following position.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Reporting to the Head of Energy Solutions, you will be responsible for sales of mining and conveying solutions in the APAC region, leading a team of regional sales individuals.
• This includes business development activities, market analysis, building strong customer relationship, overseeing sales operations and working closely with the internal team (application engineering, product development, marketing, finance etc) to align business objectives.
• As a team manager, you will also be required to establish KPI and performance targets for the team, leading them to achieve revenue growth.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 10 years experience in a related Sales management or customer-fronting management role, handling mining or conveying solutions.
• You should have a proven track record in driving sales and revenue growth in the APAC region.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
