Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Join Midnite’s marketing team to lead and deliver world-class consumer marketing campaigns for betting and gaming. This role combines creative development, media planning and strategy, sponsorship activations, and PR to connect Midnite to mass-market audiences while maintaining the brand’s high standards in advertising, diversity, and Responsible Gaming.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creative Leadership: Develop and evolve Midnite’s betting and gaming positioning, assets, and campaigns, including football (major tournaments, Start of Season activations, and BAU Football) racing (high profile races & festivals) and gaming (reasons to believe/RTBs).
- Media Strategy & Planning: Manage multi-million-pound budgets and deliver multi-channel strategies (ATL & BTL) through collaboration with media agencies and internal teams, ensuring optimal performance and actionable insights.
- Sponsorships & Activations: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute a sponsorship strategy and deliver impactful activations that grow brand consideration.
- Content & PR Integration: Foster alignment with digital PR and social and content to execute integrated campaigns and disrupt the news cycle.
- Innovation: Identify growth opportunities, champion creativity, and drive innovative strategies across all elements of Midnite marketing.
