WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re searching for a creative and experienced business leader to drive our commercial endeavours. In this role, you’ll forge strategic alliances across both traditional (Events, Digital Media) and emerging industries (Web3), crafting mutually beneficial programs and pitches to expand Bandwagon’s reach, revenue, and brand awareness through our business partners. You’ll lead negotiations, identify new commercial opportunities, and work collaboratively across internal teams to execute impactful partnership initiatives and business deals. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the entertainment x technology industry and thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience : Minimum of 4 years in business development, partnerships, or related fields, with a proven track record of successful deal-making and partnership management.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Skills : Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to think strategically and drive commercial success.
  • Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of the entertainment and technology industries, with a passion for emerging technologies like Web3.
  • Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnerships : Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that align with Bandwagon’s business goals. This includes partnerships in both traditional and emerging industries.
  • Business Development : Drive business growth through innovative partnerships, new revenue streams, and commercial success. Build a pipeline of commercial leads and partners across Bandwagon’s strategic business pillars and key accounts.
  • Negotiations and Deals : Lead high-level negotiations and manage the execution of commercial agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Revenue Growth : Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Brand Awareness : Enhance Bandwagon’s brand presence and awareness through strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives.
  • Innovation : Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the entertainment and technology sectors, particularly in Web3, to leverage new opportunities.
