Digital Services Europe (DSE) is a newly created division within Orange Business and is an organization of approximately 1500 people distributed across 10 countries, with each entity having its own P&L.
DSE is an IT Consulting and Managed Services provider teaming up with customers across Europe. As an agile and fast-moving digital business partner, DSE offers trusted end-to-end solutions and products that help businesses transform their operations, enhance customer experience, and drive true growth.
As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced Head of Business Consulting to join our dynamic Group Finance team, to help transform the financial operations across Europe.
As Head of Business Controlling, you will support the financial managers across all entities as well as the CFO, and work closely with the different Digital Services Europe country offices and Orange. Our mission is to be a business partner and support the organization with precision and quality.
The Head of Business Controlling will play a pivotal role in assisting the CFO with the financial roadmap of DSE, collaborating with a multicultural team spread across several European countries, and ensuring alignment with Orange Business as well as internal stakeholders. They will proactively work with aligning processes across the different entities, identifying synergies and opportunities to simplify the operating model. The position will report to the Group CFO at Digital Services Europe.

IT IS NOT A REQUIREMENT, BUT OTHER PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE:

• Experience from the IT industry
• Experience from an international environment
• Experience with transformational or change management tasks
