We are now looking for a Head of Business Development for our Packaging and Hygiene Solutions business unit.
In this position, you will play a crucial role in defining and driving the growth of our business. Your strategic insight and market expertise will enable you to identify key opportunities, address gaps, and strengthen our competitive edge. You will lead initiatives that accelerate business expansion and innovation, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry for both current and future customers.
You can be based at our headquarters in Helsinki or near any of our local offices across the EMEA region.
Responsibilities:
- Leading a high-performing business development team and establishing best-in-class processes to evaluate and prioritize opportunities.
- Defining solutions to build competitive advantage and close market gaps, while driving strategic planning to keep our products, services, and business models ahead.
- Developing and executing strategies for business expansion, partnerships, and market access.
- Conducting market analysis, monitoring trends, and leveraging data insights to shape offerings and identify actionable opportunities.
- Providing proactive input on M&A activities to align with business growth goals.
- Overseeing ideation, business case development, and ensuring alignment with business unit stakeholders.
- Collaborating closely with product management, sales, and industry partners to drive profitability and expand market reach.
- Driving product innovation and overseeing project execution through pre-commercial stages, while fueling the product development pipeline.
- Supporting pricing strategies and portfolio management to strengthen market position.
- Leveraging business development expertise to secure partnerships and collaborations that drive growth.
