Description:
WHY ARE WE HIRING?
We’re searching for a dynamic and experienced Head of Business Development to join Mobilexpense and lead our commercial strategy to new heights. In this role, you’ll bring your expertise to drive a revenue-focused approach, ensuring your team consistently meets and exceeds KPIs.
You will own the front-end of our sales funnel, responsible for generating and managing a robust pipeline through to the Q+1 stage, and transitioning it to the sales team as deals approach closure. Your role will be pivotal in steering our growth, leveraging resources such as the Partnerships team (direct report), SDR team (dotted line), and Marketing team (dotted line) to execute your vision.
This role demands a data-driven mindset. You’ll conduct 360-degree reviews across your organization, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative insights to craft and implement a scalable business development strategy across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SME/Micro segments.
Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with Jannik, our Head of New Business Sales, to lead commercial business planning. Your primary focus will be on partnership management, enhancing our indirect sales channels, nurturing relationships with new partners, and solidifying long-term contracts with existing ones.
What does success look like? Currently, 30% of our revenue comes from partner-driven deals. With your leadership, we aim to increase this to 50% within the next two years.
When you join Mobilexpense, you’ll have the autonomy to shape your strategy and see it through. You’ll lead a talented team of 4 Partner professionals (Sofie, Ayla, Pauline, and Tamara), supported by a dedicated partnership marketeer, Hanh.

YOU’LL REPORT DIRECTLY TO THIBAUD, OUR CEO, AND PLAY A CRUCIAL ROLE IN OUR EXTENDED MANAGEMENT TEAM.
You’ll also work closely with Jannik (Head of New Business Sales) and Rolf (CMO), supporting Sofie as the Head of Partnerships.
