Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Head of Business Development, you will be at the forefront of Pact’s growth and innovation. With a focus on securing sustainable income, you’ll steer our business development strategy, engage with a wide network of partners, and play a hands-on role in developing funding opportunities that fuel Pact’s vision. From working with commissioners to fostering key relationships in the justice and health sectors, this role is about creating pathways for transformative impact.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leadership & Strategy: Lead and inspire a dynamic team, driving Pact’s business development strategy to meet income targets and align with our broader growth goals.
- Income Generation & Partnership Building: Be a hands-on leader in bid writing, partnership development, and cultivating relationships with commissioners and funders.
- Team Management: Oversee and develop the Business Development team, creating plans to maximize income from targeted services, including Family and Significant Others Services, Prison Education, and NHSE initiatives.
- Business Development Delivery: Take charge of managing bids, securing funding, and expanding our services within justice and community sectors.
- Strategic Development & Networking: Represent Pact at key events and actively contribute to the organization’s leadership, working with Executive colleagues to ensure Pact’s mission is met effectively.
