Description:
Responsibilities | Sales
- Be the first port of call for all new sales enquiries.
- Liaise with potential clients, build quotes and convert these leads into future bookings.
- Manage current clients, arrange site visits and video calls, and be available to answer their questions throughout the planning process.
- Liaise with the operations team to ensure all clients have a complete folder, completing the relevant forms ahead of their event.
- Maintain sales spreadsheets, keeping order and presenting up-to-date information.
- Be responsible for keeping the shared office calendar up-to-date with relevant sales information.

- Build relationships with new venues, suppliers & industry professionals.
- Meet with our existing industry comrades, to get to know our wider network of business associates and continue existing relationships.
- Think outside the box, creating new and exciting ways to connect to a new network and help grow the brand, focusing on new potential income streams
- Arrange video calls and face-to-face meetings with venues we work with regularly.
- Attend industry events - launch parties, anniversaries and venue open days.
- Represent the brand at venue open days, meeting potential clients and being the face of the company.
