Description:
Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand the key capability gaps and opportunities across B&W
- Understand the divisional business and people strategy and objectives
- Develop a strategic roadmap to lift capability and lead the QBR (quarterly planning) process
- Partner with faculties, external providers and Group Learning to design and execute the strategic roadmap with phased delivery of learning initiatives approved under the QBR process
- Work with external partners including universities to design and deliver new and ongoing capability & learning requirements for the division
- Partner with business leaders to build a culture which values professional development
- Advocate for the Business Institute to build awareness and take-up across the division
- Lead a high performing team to execute on the ongoing capability requirements across the division
- Lead continuous improvement and evolution of the Business Institute
