We’re looking for an experienced Head of Business Office to join our team in Gothenburg, reporting directly to the CFO.
In this pivotal role, you’ll analyze, monitor, and manage our business performance to support strategic decisions and enhance operational impact. Serving as a key interface with our CEO’s office in China, you’ll play a crucial role in aligning financial strategies across our markets. With a focus on collaboration and leadership, you’ll lead a small team and be responsible for overseeing financial initiatives, risk management, and KPI development.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead a small, dedicated team focused on performance management and strategic initiatives.
Develop and manage KPI systems, emphasizing financial performance metrics.
Drive performance reporting and support decision-making for various Market Areas.
Oversee the Investment Board, Project Board, and Business Review, ensuring cohesive presentation to senior management.
Support governance forums and lead presentations for board meetings.
Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies, managing exposure to interest rate, currency, market, and enterprise risks.
Act as a key financial interface for expansion into new markets and sales channels.
