The Head of Business Quality will lead and manage various operational functions to ensure exceptional service delivery and high-volume outputs, focusing on business assessors, pre-approvals, training, and competence. This role includes overseeing continuous improvement, strategic workforce planning, talent management, and engagement. The successful candidate will ensure the effective delivery of business quality activities, administration, and reporting across the operations function.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Lead teams to deliver high-performance outcomes and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Ensure business quality conforms to industry regulations and company standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Deliver effective management information (MI) reporting, trend analysis, and insights.
• Collaborate with senior managers, business channels, IT, and compliance teams.
• Manage the annual budget for the service and represent the company in key governance groups.
