HEAD OF TRANSFORMATION DELIVERY OPPORTUNITY OPEN IN OUR BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION TEAM.

We’re looking for an experienced professional with strong background in leading complex transformation initiatives, excellent people skills with experience in change management, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
Head of Transformation Delivery at AXA Ireland plays a critical role in delivering a significant business transformation within the organization, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of the transformation program, ensuring that it is aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and that it delivers measurable value to the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support the development and lead execution of the transformation strategy, working closely with senior leadership to define the vision, goals, and roadmap for the transformation, as well as identifying key initiatives and milestones.
  • Establishing governance and project management frameworks to oversee the execution of the transformation program, ensuring that it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Engaging with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization to build support for the transformation, manage expectations, and communicate progress and outcomes effectively.
  • Drive cultural and organizational change, ensuring that the business is equipped with the necessary capabilities and resources to successfully adopt and sustain the changes brought about by the transformation.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, as well as addressing issues that may arise during the course of the transformation, are crucial aspects of this role to ensure successful delivery.
  • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to measure the impact of the transformation and reporting on progress and outcomes to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Your Profile

  • Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale business transformation programs within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Extensive experience in strategic planning, change management, and project delivery, ideally within a complex corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams, and drive cultural and organizational change.
  • Strong understanding of relevant technologies, processes, and best practices related to business transformation and change management.
  • Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and performance measurement within the context of transformation initiatives.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, finance, or a related field is typically required.
  • Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and/or change management
  • Continuous professional development and certification in relevant areas such as agile methodologies, digital transformation, or process improvement are also beneficial.
