Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Set and manage budgets, optimise expenses, and maintain gross margins
- Lead and mentor functional managers, setting performance expectations and policies
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and grow key accounts
- Address and resolve customer concerns
- Represent the branch at industry events to enhance business presence
- Oversee daily operations, including production scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Champion food safety and quality initiatives, including policy reviews and training
