ABOUT THE ROLE:
RGH Global is seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 8 Head of Cancer and Palliative Care to join our clients team in West Hertfordshire. This is a permanent position that plays a crucial role in managing and enhancing our Cancer and Palliative Care Services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee Cancer and Palliative Care Services across the Trust, collaborating with clinical and senior professional staff.
- Partner with Divisional leaders to ensure the delivery of high-quality services for cancer and palliative care patients, adhering to national performance standards.
- Work with external partners to maintain and improve services in accordance with national, regional, and local Cancer and Palliative Care strategies.
- Participate in the Trusts Senior Manager on-call rota, which requires out-of-hours commitment.
