Three Senses is a premium fragrance and cosmetics brand, offering a collection of high-quality oil-based perfumes and carefully formulated self-care products. Each product contains natural oils, ensuring long-lasting scents and superior quality.
We are considering only candidates with prior experience in candle production (for personal use or brands).

REQUIREMENTS

• Hands-on expertise: pouring candles, mixing pigments, applying labels, packaging products, and tracking supplies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a production team.
• Attention to detail, high sense of responsibility, and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with fragrance and product innovation is a plus.

• Supervise and oversee the entire candle production process.
• Develop and implement new candle formulations and concepts.
• Create detailed production guidelines and ensure standardization.
• Train and manage the production team, ensuring high-quality output.
• Monitor stock levels and optimize production resources efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality control standards.
