HEAD OF CANINE SERVICES

Location: United Kingdom (National Coverage)
Reports to: Executive Director, Corporate Security

We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Head of Department to lead and manage ICTS’s Canine Services Division across the UK. This is a national role with a primary focus on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance within our client accounts.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Operational Expertise: Proven history of managing diverse security operations with a record of contract compliance, consistently meeting or exceeding budgets, KPIs, and other critical metrics.
  • Customer-Focused Service Management: Demonstrated experience in overseeing service contracts in dynamic, client-focused environments.
  • Team Leadership: Extensive experience in managing and developing staff at various levels, with a focus on engagement and performance improvement.
  • Contract Mobilisation & Growth: Background in mobilising new contracts and driving business growth through organic development and new client acquisition.
  • Financial Acumen: Proficient in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to ensure fiscally responsible and profitable service delivery.
  • Data-Driven Improvements: Skilled in analyzing operational data and making informed recommendations to enhance efficiency, quality, and value.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels and foster productive relationships.
  • Time Management: Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities to prioritize and balance diverse responsibilities.
  • Business & Contract Focus: A commercial and operational mindset with a strong focus on achieving results and maintaining compliance.
