Are you a finance professional with a passion for driving cash and working capital performance? We are looking for a Group Head of Cash Performance to join our senior finance team and lead our efforts in improving cash flow predictability and performance across the Group.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Group Head of Cash Performance, you will collaborate with the Group CFO and Corporate Finance Director to set and achieve strategic cash performance objectives. You will work closely with Group and Divisional finance teams to meet cash and working capital goals, ensuring the Group’s overall financial health.
You will provide expert guidance to the Group CEO, CFO, and management team on cash and working capital matters, contributing to capital allocation policies. Your role will involve continuously enhancing processes for planning and forecasting cash and working capital, ensuring accurate and timely information for business accounts and forecasts.
Maintaining and improving management information on cash and working capital will be crucial. You will generate actionable insights and better leading indicators of performance. Additionally, you will ensure realistic and well-supported cash and working capital targets and forecasts, linking them to business plans.
Collaboration is key in this role. You will work with various teams to ensure robust plans for cash performance improvement and intervene when performance is off track.
