HEAD OF CATERING PLANNER

As the Head of Catering Planners, the primary goal is to uphold and enhance the reputation of Levy and the EICC by consistently delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

The overall purpose of the Head of Catering Planners role within the catering planning team at the EICC is to orchestrate the seamless execution of a diverse array of events, ranging from conferences to exhibitions and dinners. This role involves collaborating closely with EICC and other members of the Levy team, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service from the moment of initial event planning through to its successful delivery.

  • Overseeing the Event Catering Planners in their role coordinating catering arrangements for various events, meticulously planning logistics, and ensuring that all client requirements are met with precision and efficiency
  • Managing the planning of your own events
  • Planning the delivery with the Levy Operations and wider EICC Team to include locations, timings and numbers whilst ensuring all catering requirements are effectively communicated
  • Administer all event related correspondence ensuring all contractual documents, deposits and final invoices are issued and paid according to company guidelines
  • Create and maintain full and concise Event Catering Proposals to ensure these are seasonally appropriate and the menu fits with the guests/delegate demographic
