The opportunity

  • Day to day, you’ll guide and empower your team of Client Executives, providing expert coaching on pipeline management, deal strategy, and navigating complex negotiations. Together, you’ll develop winning account plans to drive revenue growth
  • Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and actively participate in securing those high-value deals. You’ll engage directly with C-level clients, fostering strong partnerships and aligning strategies to their needs.
  • Your established network and deep understanding of the Microsoft Cloud Solutions market will be invaluable. Partner with key players, identify new opportunities, and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Develop and implement coaching programs to elevate your team’s skills. By fostering a culture of ownership and accountability, you’ll strive to drive results and exceed sales targets.
  • Oh and, you’ll partner with Marketing to generate qualified leads and work collaboratively across the team to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) that track individual and team success. A big focus will be to contribute to a thriving LAB3 culture and champion our values as you lead your team to success!
