- Experience in sales & marketing and industry experience in insurance and health brokerage will be ideal.
- Proven track record as a strategic business leader and partner, capable of integrating broad, divergent concepts into creative, impactful marketing initiatives and programs.
- Excellent communicator and able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner.
- Tenacity and maturity with management of both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to think, plan and execute through self-motivation while navigating fluid and ambiguous situations and comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA in Business, Marketing or Marketing Management preferred
