WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Experience in a commercial leadership role with an in-depth knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the telecommunications market
  • Experience successfully managing a marketing OpEx budget of over £15m per year. Leading, delivering and managing complex projects that deliver tangible and measurable business growth
  • Experience in leading and chairing weekly trading meetings and forecasting cycles. Integrating sales forecasts, installation capacity, and strategies to address sales gaps.
  • Leadership skills that direct how the team analyse performance data and marketing penetration trends to identify trends, actionable opportunities and refine strategies.

Day to day, this is some of what you can expect to be doing:

  • Create and operate a “Commercial Change” roadmap that ensures all internal stakeholders, and all key customers know which change is communicated in what timeframe to ensure predictability
  • Collate all commercial change impacting our 30+ ISP customers into a common process funnel within the organisation
  • You will be responsible for doing various business cases working with the Commercial Team and the Business Product Development & In-life hea
