Description:
The main duties of the role are: Transformation and partnership working - Ensure the post holder and wider team effectively contribute to the Kirklees Health and Care Partnerships strategic priorities and transformation programmes. - Help drive the implementation of an integrated communications and engagement strategy that supports our systems vision, values and strategic direction. Operational and strategic communications and involvement - Manage the delivery and evaluation of diverse and highly complex communications and engagement activity, ensuring effective engagement and collaboration with leads from across the NHS and Kirklees Health and Care Partnership. Managing effective delivery across team - Manage the function, in line with strategic objectives and ensuring effective, high-quality and timely outputs.
- Provide advice, guidance and specialist support to senior leaders on all aspects of communications, PR, media, campaigns and involvement. Service development - Keep up to date with emerging policy, new approaches and methodologies in the fields of communications, stakeholder relations, digital, creative and marketing particularly as they relate to the NHS and broader public sector, in order to advise the organisation on best practice.
