Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for developing and implementing a robust healthcare compliance program that effectively prevents violations of applicable laws, regulations, industry codes and internal policies as well as Tillotts`Code of Business Ethics
- Provide regular training on the compliance program and review its effectiveness on a regular basis
- Handle approval requests from clients and review relevant (non-) promotional material
- Advise on compliance questions and propose appropriate actions for ensuring compliance
- Perform third party due diligences on potential new partners in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders
- Conduct investigations in case of reported or otherwise detected compliance issues and develop corrective action plans in alignment with relevant internal departments
- Present regular compliance updates to the Senior Management Committee and liaise with the Japanese mother company, if and as needed
- Lead a team of 2 colleagues
