We are dedicated to the development, in/out-licensing, acquisitions and marketing of innovative pharmaceutical products in the field of gastroenterology and specialty products. We successfully market our own as well as in-licensed and acquired products in over 65 countries through our affiliates as well as a network of carefully chosen licensing- and marketing partners. We are engaged in close collaborations with pharmaceutical research centers and universities. Tillotts group is reporting in IFRS and consolidating different affiliates in Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for developing and implementing a robust healthcare compliance program that effectively prevents violations of applicable laws, regulations, industry codes and internal policies as well as Tillotts`Code of Business Ethics
  • Provide regular training on the compliance program and review its effectiveness on a regular basis
  • Handle approval requests from clients and review relevant (non-) promotional material
  • Advise on compliance questions and propose appropriate actions for ensuring compliance
  • Perform third party due diligences on potential new partners in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Conduct investigations in case of reported or otherwise detected compliance issues and develop corrective action plans in alignment with relevant internal departments
  • Present regular compliance updates to the Senior Management Committee and liaise with the Japanese mother company, if and as needed
  • Lead a team of 2 colleagues
