Responsibilities
As the Head of Conference & Event Planning you are the department manager and the overall responsible. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, recruiting, onboarding, staffing, training and development. Meeting and exceeding guest expectations is top of mind for this role and is what is measured on when looking at the performance for this position. The department consists of a supervisor, coordinators and a billing responsible. While your department is your main focus, you will also work closely with our other departments and department managers.
