About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to join us as the Head of Consumer Data, Insights and Loyalty.
This is a fantastic new pivotal role which will oversee the Flybuys and OnePass loyalty programs.
Based in our National Support office in Melbourne, this role will partner very closely across multiple teams in the business providing valuable insights and driving strategic planning decisions.
What’s involved:
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Flybuys and OnePass loyalty programs
- Ensure these programs deliver compelling value propositions and drive customer loyalty
- Be across the day to day operations of the loyalty programs
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of loyalty initiatives into our overall customer experience across our Bunnings stores
- Use data driven decision making to identify trends, preferences and opportunities for program improvement
- Continue to maintain exceptionally strong relationships with the OnePass and Flybuys teams
Who we’re looking for
You are an inspirational people leader with a proven track record of driving customer loyalty initiatives. You are strategic, analytical, and you have a deep understanding of consumer behaviour.
Your stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels both internally and externally will be one of your greatest strengths.
You’ll need:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business or a related field
- Demonstrated senior management experience in a loyalty leadership role
- Experience within the retail industry is highly desirable
- Demonstrated people leadership experience and a genuine passion for developing a high performing team
- You are analytical and have the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
