Role Overview: We are seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Content to lead our content creation and publishing efforts across all platforms. This role will be instrumental in shaping the narrative of our brands by developing high-quality content that engages, informs, and inspires our audience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in content strategy, excellent leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the financial and insurance industries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: 7+ years of content creation and management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the financial or insurance sectors.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse content team, fostering a creative and productive environment.
Editorial Excellence: Strong editorial judgment and a passion for high-quality content; experienced in managing the entire content lifecycle from ideation to publication.
Digital Savvy: Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, SEO, social media management, and analytics tools.
Excellent Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and engagingly.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative content solutions that drive engagement and brand awareness.
