This role is responsible for managing day to day operations within Content Delivery while ensuring the smooth implementation and transition to Rally - ensuring the Content Delivery team are processing content to standards and timeframes required to service the various distribution points of ITV. Ensuring processes are as efficient and agile as possible to adapt to the business needs is key in this role.
Responsible for 5 direct reports.

• Previous experience with, and strong understanding of Broadcast & Operations
• Proven ability in effective managing and coaching of a team
• Demonstrable experience in successful communication both at senior level and with teams on the ground
• Prior experience in budgeting and cost management
• Successful experience in effective management of critical service providers
