Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Delivery to lead and manage the daily output of the studio functions.
This leadership role is accountable for managing studio functions, ensuring productivity, efficiency, quality of output, and performance-driven production, while leveraging data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimise productivity, efficiency, and quality across studio departments, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Team Management: Lead and inspire a diverse team fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage the daily functional operations, from pre-production through post and delivery of assets. Ensuring deadlines are met, daily shot targets are hit, and quality standards are achieved.
  • Client Experience and satisfaction: Ensure assets produced meet client briefs, and creative standards, fostering strong client relationships and experience.
  • Functional Standards and KPIs: Oversee professional execution of studio functions, ensuring smooth operation and timely delivery to agreed standards, maintaining consistency and quality across all projects. Teams will be measured against a set of operational KPIs.
  • Quality Assurance and Quality Control: Implement and maintain robust QA/QC processes in your functions, to uphold high standards of output, conducting regular reviews and audits.
  • Data and Performance Analysis: Utilise data and performance metrics to drive production efficiency, optimise resource, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Innovation Leadership: Working with the Innovation team, drive innovation initiatives to accelerate production, explore new techniques and tools, and evolve processes to enhance efficiency and creativity.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence and best practice, ensuring high productivity and adherence to company values and initiatives.
  • Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on production metrics, performance against SLAs, and key insights to senior management.
  • Role Model and Mentorship: Serve as a role model for the team, embodying company values and supporting the rollout of operational and strategic initiatives.
