For our Group Digital department we are seeking an experienced Head of CRM and Website Management responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty for the Weleda brand.
REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE:
- University Degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Marketing or similar
- 5+ years experience in website and CRM management or similar
- Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management systems (CMS) are a plus
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and integration with digital platforms
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities:
- Website Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive website strategy aligned with business goals and digital marketing objectives
- CRM Strategy and Implementation: Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty
- Content Management and Optimization: Partner with all content creating teams (e.g. Group Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing) to cultivate and enhance the Weleda brand experience while aiming at increasing conversion rates
- Analytics, Performance Monitoring and Customer Data Insights: Utilize web analytics and CRM tools to monitor performance, user behavior, and key metrics. Oversee the collection, analysis, and utilization of customer data to inform marketing strategies and improve customer insights
- CRM Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales growth. Implement advanced segmentation and personalization techniques to deliver targeted and relevant communications
- Streamlining Website Management and Content Publishing: Collaborate with Tech Teams to simplify, standardize and improve content publishing and website maintenance (tools, processes, permissions). Consults and trains relevant stakeholders
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to recording requirements from other areas for the website, prioritizing and preparing requirements for website development and regular reporting to our management
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content managers, CRM specialists, and SEO experts
