Our strategic partnership is designed to combine the strengths and expertise of both companies to advance the promise of an immunotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma.
Legend Biotech is seeking Head of Culture & Belonging as part of the Human Resources team based in Somerset, New Jersey.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in human resources, organizational development, or a related field, with a strong focus on culture and employee engagement.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully building and delivering diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility programs and activities.
- Strong understanding of organizational culture, DE&I practices and its impact on business performance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage complex change initiatives.

The Head of Culture & belonging is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining a vibrant organizational culture & DE&I practices that aligns with the company’s mission, values, and strategic goals. This role will ensure that the culture supports innovation, fosters a positive work environment, and enhances employee engagement and retention. The Head of Culture & Belonging will work closely with leadership and employees at all levels to embed cultural values and practices throughout the organization.
