Role: Head of Customer Insight – FTC 6 months
Location: Leeds, LS15 (with hybrid working after completion of training)
Salary: £65k per annum (pro rata) plus extensive benefits

The Head of Customer Insight role will be instrumental in leveraging the newly built single customer view engine to generate actionable insights that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and cross-sell behaviour across multiple verticals, such as pharmacy, health services, and retail. Additionally, this role will be responsible for mentoring and supporting the growth of the current Head of BI, helping build their strategic capabilities in business intelligence and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage SCV engine to identify opportunities for cross-sell across various business verticals and use SCV engine data to create robust customer segments that highlight opportunities for cross-selling within and across verticals
- Analyse customer behaviour patterns to understand how different services and products can be bundled to increase customer value and revenue
- Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to develop strategies for targeted cross-sell initiatives
- Translate customer data into actionable insights, focusing on cross-sell and up-sell potential, and communicate to senior management and non-technical stakeholders
- Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations that highlight cross-sell opportunities and track the success of cross-sell initiatives across verticals, ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and governance
- Mentor the Head of BI in developing their leadership capabilities, particularly in fostering a data-driven culture within the team
- Assist the Head of BI in embedding knowledge of data processes and analytics into team workflows to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency
