We are now looking for a Head of Customer Insight to lead our insights team, enabling commercial growth and market understanding through data-driven decisions. This role offers the opportunity to interpret vital trends, support various departments, and manage data projects that directly influence our company’s success.
About the Role
In this role you will oversee a team focused on delivering high-quality data insights to diverse stakeholders, ranging from sales data analysis to market trend reporting. In this operational yet strategic role, you will work closely with different departments, both guiding your team and directly contributing to data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making on a both local and global level.
Your expertise will support critical business functions, from setting global sales targets to building R&D project cases and refining our go-to-market strategies. You have the ability to see the bigger picture and communicate complex analysis in a clear and simple manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
Proven experience in business intelligence or data analysis, ideally within a consumer-heavy sector.
Proven experience in customer insights, market research
Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing teams.
Salesforce knowledge and a high-level understanding of SQL.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior experience in a similar leadership role.
Advanced knowledge in data platforms and analytics tools.

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Insights: Monitor and interpret data trends to support commercial and strategic decisions across departments such as developing customer segmentation models to understand behaviour better and tailor sales & marketing efforts.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to meet cross-functional data needs.
Report Generation: Oversee the preparation and delivery of insightful reports, forecasting, and KPI analysis.
Advanced Analytics: Collaborate with the advanced analytics team to review AI and big data initiatives, transforming complex data into actionable insights such as identifying & addressing pain points in the customer journey to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Country Support: Provide tailored support to global markets, working closely with both local and in-house analysts.
Team Leadership: Lead a diverse team by setting clear priorities, guiding problem-solving, and coaching team members to achieve optimal performance.
We value flexibility with our hybrid work model, allowing you to balance office and remote work. However, we believe in the benefits of in-person collaboration and would like to see you in the office at least three days a week.
