DHL Express Finland is looking for an active and energeticHead of Customer Service to join us on our continuous path of success. As the Head of CS you will be part of the Senior Management Team and report to the Managing Director. Our office is located at Vantaa, Tullimiehentie 10.
As the Head of CS you will be responsible to manage the country Customer Service function in accordance with regional and country strategic priorities to ensure best in class service to our customers. You are expected to actively influence, drive and develop all customer service related areas on a strategic and tactical level and with your leadership shape and support the Customer Service team. In the role you are also expected to be an active member of the Senior Management Team and participate in decisions shaping the course and future of DHL Express in Finland.
Driving the transformation and change of CS to maximize the capability of our people at all levels of the organization and to ensure our services to customers are delivered so that we remain the Provider of Choice and a Great Place to Work for All.
You will be executing our Focus strategy, actively contribute towards company’s and own function’s development where our motivated and engaged people drive growth and quality. You are responsible to direct and drive operational plans, KPIs and budgets to achieve targeted results. You are actively participating and contributing to the Senior Management Team’s work and agenda with high focus and required attention for the joint success of the organization in addition to other role related tasks assigned by Country Manager / Regional Line Manager.

What we expect:

  • Masters degree from applicable area
  • Proven Customer Service Expertise: 5+ years of experience in the field
  • Language Requirements: fluent English in addition to Finnish
