Description:

We are looking for a Head of Customer Success with experience in B2B SaaS solutions.
Do you have experience and success in ensuring customers are happy, being cared for and maximising their ROI in a B2B SaaS environment?
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer success strategies and maintaining our strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Your overall goals are to expand Mindworking’s market share, consolidate cooperation and relationships with existing customers and, not least, lead Mindworking’s Customer Success team:

  • Selling to and counselling current and potential customers in the Danish market
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies, including relevant market segmentation, and implement customer-specific plans and activities
  • Managing, coaching and developing the department’s employees
  • Continuously improve processes, concepts, processes and tools in the department to achieve better results
  • Set and achieve customer success targets, prepare budgets and forecasts and monitor performance to ensure results and predictability
  • Provide regular reporting and forecasting to the Danish management team as well as international group management
