Tasks
- Lead and drive the strategic direction of the Cyber & Regulatory chapter, overseeing key areas including Identity & Access Management (IAM/PAM) and Audit & Regulatory Compliance to deliver innovative and robust solutions.
- Establish and expand the Cyber & Regulatory practice, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices, while developing new service offerings that meet evolving client needs.
- Foster strong client relationships by providing expert advisory on cyber security, regulatory compliance, and risk management, tailored to their specific business environments.
- Drive Sales & Business Development by identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, and building long-term partnerships with clients, to expand the market presence in the Cyber & Regulatory domain.
- Mentor and develop a dynamic team of consultants, promoting a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and excellence in the field of cyber security and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ cyber security and regulatory frameworks, identifying potential risks and compliance gaps, and implementing strategies to enhance security posture and regulatory adherence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in cyber security, regulatory changes, and IAM/PAM technologies, driving innovation and continuous improvement to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee large-scale implementation projects at client sites, ensuring seamless integration of IAM/PAM solutions and compliance frameworks, while maintaining effective communication and collaboration across all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Relevant education and extensive experience: You have a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline) and several years of professional experience in the areas of cyber security, regulatory compliance, or IAM/PAM, ideally within a consulting environment.
- Strong interest in complex, technical topics: You have a genuine curiosity for cyber security, regulatory compliance, IAM/PAM, and related fields, and you can quickly familiarize yourself with new and evolving topics.
- Structured and reliable work ethic: You are known for your organizational skills and reliability, and you can instill these qualities in the team you lead.
- Excellent communication skills: You enjoy engaging with your peers, clients, and team members, and you are adept at identifying and addressing their needs effectively.
- Team-oriented mindset: You thrive in a collaborative environment, actively contributing to a positive and high-performing team culture.
