Description:
I am working with a leading cyber security firm in Germany, committed to cutting-edge solutions. They`re looking for a Head of Cybersecurity who values innovation and collaboration to lead their dynamic team. Full remote work.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experienced Cybersecurity Manager
- Fluency in English and German (C1 or above)
- Great communication skills
- Ambitious & Driven leader
- Degree in relevant field
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA etc
- Understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO27001 etc
Responsibilities:
- Contribute ideas for making cybersecurity processes more effective.
- Work closely with customers and be responsible for communications and negotiations.
- Initiate measures to help prevent cyber-attacks.
- Responsible for case-related crisis management.
- Lead and manage the Cybersecurity & Information security team.
- Work with Executives, senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and review the cyber-security architecture that aligns with the company’s overall strategies and goals.
