Essential Responsibilities:

• Proposal assistance and budget for data collection related advice
• Project setup: from resource planning and cost estimation to field materials and data collection practices
• Team leading for optimal performance
• Briefing, Training and facilitation
• Logistics; timely payment of wages to independent contractors and handling of all business and project related queries within 24 hours
• Field Management; Overall responsibility of day-to-day data collection on all projects in Nigeria
• Monthly reporting; Ensure all KPI reports are submitted monthly as at when due
• Responsible for device management implementation and management, Product management implementation and management and ensure full utilisation of iField

Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong operations experience, 6+ years experience managing process & people
• Relevant Degree or Diploma
• Knowledge & experience of RFM/RFC/Superivisors job
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Powerpoint,Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
