AS

As the Head of Data Management, you will:

• Develop and implement comprehensive data management strategies and policies
• Design, implement, and manage a DAMA-aligned Data & AI Governance Framework tailored to our evolving needs.
• Develop policies, standards, and processes to embed robust data governance practices into all areas of our business.
• Establish and maintain Data Ownership, Stewardship, and a Governance Forum that operates effectively.
• Oversee data risks, ensuring alignment with our entities risk policies and the ensure rollout of key controls.
• Build and manage a business-focused data quality service and a comprehensive data catalogue.
• Define group reference data requirements aligned with growth agenda, lead delivery team and manage quality controls
• Drive cultural transformation by delivering a data governance change plan, challenging the status quo, and advocating for best practices.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Legal, Privacy, Risk and Product teams, to ensure compliance with regulations like GDPR and the AI Act.Lead and develop a high-performing team of data governance and quality specialists.
