QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Extensive experience in strategic project management, with a preference for expertise in commercial construction or a similar field.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities, with a proven track record of fostering high-performance teams.
  • Proficiency with advanced project management tools, such as Procore, and exceptional analytical skills.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management expertise, with a strategic approach to cost optimization.
  • Deep commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional quality experiences.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Significant experience in a senior leadership role, ideally within the context of construction management, with a proven ability to drive strategic outcomes and lead high-impact projects.

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

  • Drive the strategic direction and successful execution of franchisee location reimaging projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and brand standards.
  • Provide visionary leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from strategic planning to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed quality expectations.
