Head of Delivery

Head of Delivery required on a permanent basis for an organisation based in Nottingham. This role will require travel to Nottingham two days per week.
The Head of Delivery will be responsible for advocating Agile delivery across the organisation and helping to set it up for success. This role will define delivery best practices and address common challenges by identifying current or future impediments and working with relevant teams to resolve them.
In addition to owning the delivery strategy, the Head of Delivery will collaborate with senior stakeholders and business leaders to ensure the strategy is communicated effectively across the organisation.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Experience leading organisation-wide change initiatives.
• Comprehensive understanding of Agile delivery practices.
• Experience leading teams.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills, with an understanding of project/programme management techniques.
