In your new role as Head of Demand Management (m/f/d) you will lead all Demand Management activities within Fresenius Digital Technology. As Process Owner you will take over the end-to-end responsibility for the demand management process in particular its definition, implementation and optimization.

Your assignments

• Ensure alignment of business demands with organizational strategic objectives to deliver maximum value
• Lead the process of capturing, prioritizing, and allocating resources for business demands across the organization
• Collaborate with business units to translate their needs into IT/operational requirements, managing expectations effectively
• Drive the standardization and optimization of business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and develop demand forecasting models to meet future business needs
• Establish governance structures for process ownership, monitor KPIs, and report on demand management progress to executive leadership
• Manage and mentor a global team, fostering cross-functional collaboration and effective communication with stakeholders
• Oversee quality management of requirements, conduct process reviews, and implement risk mitigation measures in demand management

Your profile

• Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, engineering or a comparable qualification
• 8+ years of managing IT demands, with deep expertise in process management and requirements management
• Proven track record in leading large-scale process improvement initiatives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Very good knowledge of ServiceNow and familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar)
• Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT and other relevant frameworks
• Experience in portfolio management, capacity planning, and aligning business demands with strategic objectives
• Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing, cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on achieving both short-term and long-term strategic goals
• Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to influence stakeholders and articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences; additional German language skills are an asset
