Description:
YOUR MISSION
- Lead the development team, including personnel management and fostering individual growth.
- Develop scalable and sustainable architectures for digital products and platforms.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions based on modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams from development, UX, and product management tosuccessfully implement projects.
- Select appropriate technologies and tools and lead the implementation strategy.
- Advise clients on technical best practices and support technical decision-making.
- Ensure the technical quality and scalability of solutions through code reviews, testing, and performanceoptimization.
- Present technical concepts and architectures to clients and internal stakeholders.
