• Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the DevOps strategy, aligning it with overall technology and business goals
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps engineers, fostering high performance and growth
• Automation: Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, ensuring the automation of all processes such as builds, testing, and deployments
• Infrastructure as Code: Oversee infrastructure provisioning, ensuring scalability and reliability using tools like Terraform
• Cloud Operations: Manage our AWS environment ensuring cost efficiency, security, and scalability
• Monitoring & Performance: Extend monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure high availability, performance, and operational efficiency
• Security Best Practices: Continue work started with SOC 2 to integrate security protocols into the DevOps lifecycle, ensuring compliance and resilience against threats
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to streamline the software development lifecycle and improve cross-functional workflows
• Incident Management: Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for system outages and performance bottlenecks
• Toolchain Optimization: Evaluate and adopt new DevOps tools and technologies, continuously improving workflows and practices
• Cost Management: Optimize cloud and infrastructure spending, ensuring financial efficiency across operations
