Role & Responsibilities
You will lead the firm’s digital marketing strategy, focusing on driving online engagement, demand generation, and brand visibility, while supporting business growth and client acquisition. You will also oversee the integration of digital systems, ensuring alignment across platforms and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the firm’s overall business goals, driving client acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility.
- Lead the integration of digital platforms, ensuring cohesion and efficiency across the website, martech stack, digital systems, processes, and reporting frameworks.
- Develop strategies to amplify major brand campaigns, generating high levels of client engagement and interaction.
- Drive the creation and execution of a digital content strategy, ensuring content is optimised for key digital channels and aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Own and manage the firm’s social media strategy, including defining goals, creating content, overseeing execution, and ensuring social amplification across platforms.
- Oversee the digital marketing team’s execution of high-impact campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Optimise website performance and martech tools to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of digital marketing experience, with proven leadership in B2B environments.
- Strong expertise in developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) are a plus.
- Experience in leading digital integration projects across multiple systems.
- Proven experience in developing and executing digital content strategies.
- Extensive experience managing social media channels and driving engagement through social platforms.
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to optimise campaign performance.
- Excellent project management, communication, and team leadership abilities.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
