Description:
DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW
As the Cluster Digital and Media Lead, you will spearhead our cluster advertising efforts and digital activities, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives, following central media & digital guidelines and overseeing the activation of campaigns across various channels & categories. Reporting to the Cluster Marketing Director, you will lead a team of digital managers and performance managers, driving excellence in media & digital marketing implementations.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in digital marketing or advertising roles.
- Demonstrated experience in managing digital advertising campaigns across various channels and countries.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in the consumer goods or consumer health industry is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Advertising Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive media and digital strategies aligned with Central connecting planning guidelines, ensuring to set up clear goals connected to tangible business objectives
- Develop and oversee the briefing process for digital campaigns across categories, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and messaging.
- Establish the right performance structure to analyse and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and effectiveness as it progresses
- Lead performance consolidation including test & learn transparency, ensuring to bring data performance into digital learnings to fuel future central strategy and local implementation guidance
Team Management and Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of digital managers and performance managers by providing RACI structure, ways of working across the cluster and consistent support in campaign execution.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture to drive creativity and excellence in media and digital marketing efforts while fuelling strong collaboration & transparency with central media & digital teams
Campaign Activation and Optimization:
- Lead & oversee digital advertising campaigns development and roll out across the cluster, ensuring alignment with central brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
- Promote data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, including audience targeting, messaging, and creative elements.
- Oversees the implementation of the central guidance around way of working process, templates, planning tools, taxonomy, tagging, adOps.
- Own and earn expert to guide the team on the strategy proposed by central team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as country marketing leads, brand manager and central teams to ensure alignment and cohesion in digital marketing activities.
- Manage relationships with external partners including media agencies, ensuring seamless execution of digital campaigns.
- Optimise processes & tools for maximum efficiency and impact, leveraging other Cluster media & Digital lead experience and learnings.
- Partner very closely with central marketing and media & digital community.
