OTHER CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive a genuinely, customer centric culture through sustained leadership commitment
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, ccollaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and Platform teams, to align digital product development efforts with overall business goals
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends/competitors and best practices in digital product development, digital marketing, and emerging technologies to help evolve AU strategy
• Lead and manage the Digital Product Chapter and team across AU to drive results aligned to the digital strategy and vision.
• Champion the importance and value of product management principles and product development
