We have an exciting new opportunity for a Head of Digital Services & Platforms to join our Albany, Auckland based Support Centre.
This role will see you play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and operations of our digital landscape. You will lead a talented team to deliver exceptional Digital Services, collaborate across departments, stores and partners to align tech and business goals, and be at the forefront of driving innovation in our dynamic business.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of Digital service management, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of Digital services and support including incident management response and operating as primary escalation point for incident management.
  • Ensure our network of 84 stores have the systems they need to serve our customers everyday
  • Maintain a strong commitment to simplifying and standardising the technology landscape across both the Support Centre and stores, aimed at reducing risk, streamlining operations, and enhancing automation and self-service capabilities
  • Champion the rapid adoption of emerging AI and cloud technologies to aggressively drive down unit cost and lift productivity and speed of delivery
  • Drive a culture that embraces changes, challenges the status quo and constantly strives for new and better ways of doing things
  • Ensure the provision of high-quality support for store IT applications, addressing issues promptly and effectively
  • Lead, coach and mentor a high performing Digital Services & Platforms team.
