Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive digital strategy for the organisation, encompassing all aspects of digital, including but not limited to: - Reviewing digital maturity of current software, systems and strategic capabilities while making recommendations for enhancements. - Improving use of current systems to achieve productivity gains. - Exploring how we can best use AI and automation to achieve productivity gains. - Contribute to enhancements to our website, including a project to integrate our website and CRM.
Collaborate with teams from across the organisation to implement the digital strategy and new or improved digital solutions seamlessly. Shape, develop and promote a digital-first culture that includes leading initiatives, creating awareness and educating staff to improve our digital maturity. Champion digital adoption across the organisation by encouraging widespread use of digital tools and practices through training and communications, while fostering a digital mindset culture and digital literacy among our staff. Work closely with internal stakeholders (including senior leadership) to align digital efforts with organisational objectives.
Develop metrics to measure the success of digital projects and initiatives. Research new emerging technologies and consider how they could be applied in our organisation. Develop an internal communications plan to ensure all staff understand the strategy and are kept up to date on progress
